Returns & Refunds

All returned products must be 100% complete in original unused condition, with all tags and labels and accessories included.

 

Restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any returned order excluding:
- Wrong size sent by us
- Wrong color/pattern
- Wrong product sent by us

 

If you recieved product as stated as would like to return it - the restocking fee will apply. Customer is also responsible for the shipping fees to return merchandise back.

 

Order Cancellation

 

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by sending us an e-mail message and providing a strong argument for cancellation. Please note, cancellation fee is USD 25. Please do not buy if you do not agree with our Cancellation Policy. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. All sales are final until you give us a reasonable explanation for cancellation of your order. Explanations "I've changed my mind" and "order was placed in error"  or "I was not aware of the shipping times until after I placed my order" are not sufficient enough to cancel your order.
