Shipping & Returns
We're offering new service to our European customers - shipping from EU! That means no customs and possibility to group big orders together and save on shipping. To get your items shipped from EU you need to order for at least $400 (roughly 310 euro) without shipping included and add to comments that you want shipping from EU (shipping charges are the same). That orders will be shipped every 1-2 weeks.

All other shipping is done directly from Russia via registered airmail which normally takes around 14 days to most European destination, around 2.5-3 weeks to USA about and about the same time to Asia. All items are shipped by Russian Post and then delivered in destination country by national post service (like USPS in USA, Canada Post in Canada etc). All items are shipped insured and in case if package is lost we'll send a new one at no extra cost.

If you require fast shipping please contact us and we'll be able to post via EMS service which is 4-6 days to most destinations.

Please note: we do not use UPS / FedEx / DHL courier services as shipping turns to be very expensive (like $120 for just one suit!) and in most cases extra charge for customs processing will be applied.

Returns:
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase please contact us and we'll find a way to solve this problem. All broken / damaged in transit items will be replaced at no charge.

Shipping is not refundable on returns or exchanges. We do however cover return shipping costs on items which were shipped incorrectly.
